| ORIYA SAHITYA SANSAD :- |
1. Oriya Sahitya Sansad shall consist of all the students of Oriya department.
2. The Executive Committee of Oriya Sahitya Sansad shall consist of.
a) Principal-President (Ex-Officio).
b) Vice-President and Associate Vice-President nominated by the Principal.
c) The Secretary and Assistant Secretary.
d) All the teaching members of Oriya deparment.
3. All meeting of the Executive Committee shall be presided over by the Vice-President.
4. The function of the executive Committee shall be :-
a) To prepare and pass the budget of the Sansad for the year.
b) Arrangement of the functions.
c) To organise different seminars, symposium in or der to promote literary talents among students.
d) To organize meetings with eminent persons for promoting consciousness towards our culture, language and heritage.
